2004 Honda 8 hp 4 stoke. This barely used engine starts up and runs fine except no water comes out pee hole. Changed impeller ( which looked new) and thermostat which had some corrosion. Blew out every line and port possible. All clear but still no water expelled. Stumped! Any suggestions I...
