I replaced the tilt cylinder seals, not the trim cylinders. Filled the system with ATF and bleed the air out by raising and lowering the motor with the hydraulic pump and the manual release valve. Motor will tilt up but only lowers until it hits the trim cylinders. I can lower complete with...
