Hello, I'm taking my dads 1955 Evinrude 25hp. he died a few years ago and I know the motor has not run for at least 10 years.
I own a 66 mustang, so am a bit handy with carbs and engines, besides:
making sure its not frozen,
replacing the impeller
plugs, GC oil
cleaning the carb
new spark...
