I recently replaced my throttle cable on my 2018 etec 60hp. Took it out and ran good till we stopped. Than the trouble. Won’t rev, from what I have read the throttle is out of adjustment and the computer is not letting it rev. How to I adjust it correctly? And does the computer have to be reset...
