I have a 15' fiberglass EldoCraft EldoPro bass boat that was given to me. The vessel has been left out in the Alabama elements for approximately 11 years. There is heavy oxidation (and dirt) . The Gel-Coat is non-existent! How do I restore the shine without doing to much harm to the metal...
