    Move this to correct section. Who is still running with no fuel filter ? Why not ?

    I have found a decent CLEAR filter does wonders to prevent erratic problems. Caught a watery load of gas. And a few bits of black rubber hose. Changed the squeeze bulb as soon as it started taking a EXTRA squeeze to get hard.

    Lets replace the battery charging coil in the 30 hp motor.

    I ran the motor at about 3/4 speed for a continuous 20 to 30 minutes into wind and waves. That has caused the battery charging coil wire windings to over heat and stop increasing voltage at 13. 4 vdc... Oh well back to the dealer to remove the flywheel and replace the overheated coil. I...
