I just got a Merc 1400 the startor just spins at the top of the flywheel. I read in the book if the powerhead is tight then the engine wont turn i tried to turn the flywheel manually and it is pretty hard. What does i tight flywheel usually mean? What can i do to make it turn more smoothly...
