    Pulled my stern drive to check bellows etc. These wires are lose on both sides. Seem like some type of ground wires? Can't see any natural spot they would attach.     85 Cobia sportster Mercruiser 120 steering issue

    Last summer steering was working fine. At some point it started feeling kinda jittery turning.
