I have a 1996 Mercury 150 H.P. EFI that was winterized three years ago and not used since. I have siphoned and replased all fuel, replaced the fuel lines and the primer bulb and spark plugs, but the motor will not start unless I physically spray gasoline and oil mixture into the throttle body...
