I have what is supposed to be a 1999 115 hp evinrude. The model number was damaged (?) and cannot be read. Is there a way of confirming year by the serial number only? Ser. # G03777598. If anyone can help, it would really be appreciated. Also, does anyone have info on the first year the 115's...
