I have a 2006 Evinrude Etec 40hp tiller boat motor. The Emm is getting no power none of the lights are coming on so I was wondering if there was a way to test these like seeing if the power wire to power the emm is getting 12volts or not and if it is I would assume it would be a bad emm.
