have a 115 ficht think its a 99 seems to run fine cold but wont go over 2200 rpms ran fine first time out but on the way back started this nonsense changed the plugs checked for noticable issues but to no avail also installed a racor fuel water seperator no luck should i drain all the fuel seems...
