    About my old Johnson Southbend ?

    Another old and small engine that I have no idea of the year nor hp. The only number I have found easily, it was on top of the motor, is A7815.<br />Can the year and hp be found with this number?

    JB, a follow-up ?

    No doubt that the serial number is 4346-02045 on the little Evinrude Sportsman I have. It's actually in pretty good condition save a cracked cylinder head. Thank you for the 1940 date and 2 hp information. Do you know where I can find out more about it? I would really like to find a replacement...
