Have 1989 evinrude 70hp, model E7OELCEM. Would like to remove vro system,and replace with a regular fuel pump for 50/1 fuel mix. Any thoughts on what year or model number pump I should use. I would like to remove the existing vro unit altogether.

I put wrong year for evinrude motor for vro change out to regular fuel pump to 50/1 fuel mix. Evinrude 70hp model number E70ELCEM is a 1989 year model not a 1998 as I posted. Sorry about the mistake.
