    TDC indicator

    Where can I purchase a TDC indicator? I haved checked numerous places (auto supply houses) and haven't located one. A search on the web returned several tdc locators but none with the rotary dial. Any tips?

    Mariner 175 "87" Stator?

    I recently started having problems with motor not doing more than 4400 rpm then it would kick in and run up to 5400. Checked compression - 119 - 121 on all six. Spark checks good on right bank - 1/2 gap on spark tester but the left bank is sporadic. Top coil 1/8" sporadic. Center 1/4"...

    87 Mariner 175 hp V6 - wiring

    I recently purchased the motor & am trying to rehook up & test all wiring components. A small module sits atop the cylinder block with red & yellow wires not connected. What is this and where do these terminate? Cannot find in wiring diagram. Testing?
