    I bought a 1985 Trophy hull id# DMN13423J485 It has a johnson 90hp id#J6121873 I would like to know what this flat knob below the ignition switch is used for. And on the outside of the control box is a kinda long lever that rises up and down, what is it used for.

    I am a new owner of a 1985 trophy 90hp. On the control box there is a flat knob below the ignition switch that can be turned clockwise and counterclockwise, My question is what does this knob do?
