hi guys thx for reading , only one Question can water in cylinders from bad manifolds get into the oil ( down cylinder wall past the rings and into oil ) engine is a brand new remanufactured v6. thx for any input you may have

have a 1980 johnson 100hp 2 stroke, one cylinder down with milky coat on that plug. engine starts and runs on three cylinder but dies at idle.
