    solenoid good- bad starter

    ok so my boat is started yesterday after a while of just listening to it click a few times now it wont start at all. all it does is click at the solenoid when starting. is my solenoid bad? is there a way to test that? its a 78 evinrude 70hp 3cyclinder if that helps. read down
