    lower unit install 1969 merc 100 hp O.B.

    115HP johnson hydro electric drive

    I picked up this boat last week. I went to start it if fired up in reverse with controls in neutral postion and died right afterwords. also when I turn the prop clockwise it makes a clicking nose it about 1/2 rotation is this normal for this electric drive motor I beleive the motor to be 1969.
