    a hole in the hull

    Should I fill the hole in the hole in the Hull before I fiberglass the opening?? ANd if so what would work best. Would just the hardener do??

    Not Good

    I have a nice sized crack in my lower unit and yes of course I am leaking oil. Do not know how it got theree but I do know I can't seem to fill the crack. Would solder be able wo withstand the kind of torment that goes thru with a lower unit. The engine is an old 1969 McCullough Any suggestions?
