    Missing cap from above water line thru hull plastic fitting

    I just bought a 95 Vista 258 and seem to be missing some screw on caps from 2-3 through hull plastic fittings. the exposed part has outside threads. Other similar white plastic through hull fittings have caps with nice smooth edges that seem to surround the through hull fitting. Am I missing...
