We busted and replaced the strap fitting on the starboard side piston on tilt. filled up the resevoir and tried pump. ran it till it picked up motor and lowered it. now tilt motor runs but it doesnt go up or down. we (me and my 16yr old son) were told that it was self bleeding(?). we tried...
