    20HP Mercury "Surging"

    I recently had the Carburator on my 1975 Mercury 20HP rebuilt. Now occasionally at WOT the Motor will "Surge" or loose rpm momentarily. Is this caused by wrong float level or could it be something else? At less than WOT it runs fine.<br />Thanks

    How Does It Come Apart?

    Trying to remove Backrest Upolstry from 88 Bayliner Capri - Two Panels in Back, on each side of Motor.
