    Evinrude eating power packs??

    Ok well not really eating them but seems to have a problem. Last summer the first power pack quit, so I replaced it, ran the boat about 15 hours or so, just ate another power pack??? Orderd another one, but figured there has to be something causing this??? Any ideas?? thanks it is a 1973 v-4...

    prop seal replacement

    Ok, I am going to replace the prp seals on my 115 evinrude, how do you do this, is it hard to do??? looks like form the parts diagram, pull the prop off pull the thrust washer and the 2 seals should slide out???? At least thats what I'm hopin for...LOL!!! and the seals go back to back? thanks

    lower unit milky (115 Rude)

    Changed the gear oil at the beginning of the season, it was a tad milky colored, I thought well could be condensation from sitting over the winter.     115 Tachometer help
