    '89 60 hp 'Rude Starting Issues

    I have a 1989 60 hp Evinrude that won't turn over with the plugs in. You can turn the flywheel by hand fine, and if you take the plugs out, the starter turns the motor over fine. I had my electric motor friend check out and rebuild the starter, so it should be fine....any suggestions? -Ben

    '75 Johnson 70hp is running really rough!!
