My wifes father has a 87 bayliner with a force 85 hp outboard. He bought the boat 2 years ago and just let it sit. It ran when he bought it and now I can't get it to start. I pulled out all the old gas and start with all new. Replaced the carbs and checked for spark. I can't even get this thing...
