I've got a motor from mil. surplus. Had a technition check it all out , says it ran fine , has 5 hours in the history. Shipped over to the island I'm on and installed on a Whaler. 2 new optima bats. spin it real fast but it won't start. Has spark but seems not to have the main relay clicking...
