I checked the sub forum and the info was limited...but can anyone comment on the Blue Water line of boats...specifically the Riviera from the mid 90's with a 4.3. pricing advice (how much to offer....)

I am looking at making an offer on a 1996 crownline 182BR w/200hrs. No salt, and garaged. The owner is asking 10500, NADA calls it mid 6000... which is a big difference in price. What would be a fair offer....obviously I would want to pay as little as I needed to but I don't want to start off...

    seriously considering a 02 Capri 175...advice please

my only real concern is the powerplant being the 3.0L and maybe being underpowered. I have a young family and this is our first boat....kids are young (2 and 5) so they would be tubing with an adult, and probably one or two adults in the boat with a couple of kids. I guess what i am hoping for...

    bayliner "quality"

I have read plenty of debate regarding this topic and I do not mean to post and stirr the pot..but is there/was there a tipping point when the Bayliner brand improved their overall quality or was it a process over the years? Many of the posts mention early 90's as years to avoid...but did the...
