    Nice shot. Good view of Charlestown as well (CONSTITUTION & CASSIN YOUNG circled in blue). Used to spend summer months there each year for a couple years getting cutter larger maintenance work done. Hated that crappy ass building with its crap barracks lol (USCG Sector Boston circled in red)...

    I had this same problem with the Mariner version of this engine. Turned out to be the ADBV at the tank suction point. The little check ball had literally semi-welded itself in place.

    If the lawsuit is settled by then. I imagine any more legal challenges would involve a stop work injunction until the case is settled. They've even gone so far as to ask the President to intervene.
