    Stainless steel through transom dowels? I have just laminated a new transom and there was dowels in the old one, but are they really necesary? Can I just fill with epoxy mixed with microfibres, redrill and seal with sikaflex and bolt up with big S/S washers?

    What's the best way to re-install my brass drainplug???

    Hi, I have just about finished laying up my new transom on my doubleskinned rigid raider. I retained the original drainplug, which seems fine, but I just need to know the correct way to install it with regards to watertightness. Can anyone help?:confused:
