    My boat sank and now won't start, help?

    Drain plug came out, i beached boat and tried to put spare in, but not before I got water almost to the top of the outboard. It's a 115hp 70's evinrude.     What's the part on top of my 4.3 that hooks all the coolant hoses together?

    Purchased a boat with a disasembled 4.3, friend got it put back together and says I'm missing the 5-1 hose connector for cooling? What is this called and where do I find it. If I'm way off base I'll go take picture tomarrow. Also need help hooking the wiring up, mainly the distributor. Thanks Brian
