have an outboard that will not turn over by pull electric start does anyone have any informatin about this motor.....is it worth puttin time or money into for my 14 foot fiberglass boat?
Can anyone give me information about and evinrude outboard, #50514-09115? not sure if it is seized up, becuase it will not turn over by pull or electric start.
