    I have recently aquired twin 1987 Johnson 225hp Johnson outboards. One motor is in need of a powerhead and the other motor I dont know what it need's, both motors have raker stainless props on them. No time for this project $1500.00 for both of them.

    Disconecting VRO

    recently purchased 1987 225hp VRO johnson twin outboards. Was wandering if anyone knew of these particular year outboards having any trouble of any kind. I think I may investigate on disconecting the vro units because I heard there not reliable. thanks for any insight you may have on these...
