I have a 2004 Tohatsu 9.8 HP 4 stroke. It runs fine at mid to high speed, but runs on one cylinder when run at idle for more than a minute or so. If I pull out the choke briefly then push it back in it runs on both cylinders for a few seconds then goes back to one again. I've tried pumping...
