hi, i have a 2000 bayliner capri 1850 with 4.3 mercruiser i/o. it has been sitting since 2002, trying to get it working again. the starter won't start the engine. I took of the starter and cleaned all connections and replaced it, the battery is charged and seems fine. All i can get is a clicking...
