First thing is I got in a hurry and screwed up. I took the starter off of my 77 johnson 35 so I could rebuild the carb (whole other story) and when I put everythting back together I mistakenly hooked up the ground (the one that is supposed to connect to the starter) to the starter solenoid. It...
