my 135 evinrude has no pick up outa the hole. it starts and idles fine. the fuel lines are good (no air leaks) the fuel pump is new. floats are not suck. it seems to be flooding out, and after 20 seconds or so it will plane out. i can help this along by kinking off the gas flow. i havent...
