    what do i use to polish my hull

    i want to polish the hull but dont know what compounds to use or polish to get i used a hull cleaner to get rid of the dinggy stains but now it looks a little chaulky and i want a glossy shine do i use a varriable speed buffer like i would on a car or will it mess up the gel coat

    choke to restart

    I have a 73' evinrude 70 and every time i want to start it i have to choke it once running it great at idle or wot but if i shut it down even for only a couple of minutes i have to choke to start.
