I have a problem starting my 1984 75 hp outboard. If someone squeezes the fuel bulb while i'm turning it over it starts. It will eventually start and if im cruzing its fine, and its fine after a while just idleing, but it does have a hard time idleing in the beginning. Like i said if some pumps...
