i have a 1973 65 hp evinrude outboard motor.3 cylanders with model #65373r.idles great and goes fine at low speeds but when you push the throttle up it stays at the same speed.new coils,stator,bottom piston and rings.compression is good on all 3 cylindars.getting gas to all 3 carbs.last choice...
