    There are true AGM's like Odyssey, Lifeline, Trojan and there are others like Duracell, Mercruiser, Quicksilver, West Marine, Diehard which are AGM's but not much more then an improved lead acid.     The drive cannot be worked on in the water, it has to be pulled Nothing in life is 100% but what I'm seeing is the cable is moving further than it should even if working correctly, and you might get it in gear not running, but no way to get it back out. Should not be able to move it in either...
