Ive got an 70 hp evinrude that is bogging when i take off i can choke it and it planes. after it planes it will run great when u stop u have to choke it again.I have rebuilt carbs 3 times took out the low speed jets each time . Put 3 fuel pumps on . ran about 30 compression checks on it...
