    25hp Johnson Long Shaft to Short Shaft Conversion

    Hi, I have 1990 Johnson 25hp and it has a long shaft conversion kit on it. I need to convert it to a short shaft. Does anybody know what parts I need to do this? Is there a kit available somewhere or do I need to buy the parts separately?
