I was hoping someone could give me an idea on what I can expect the mpg to be. I have a 1995 120hp evinrude. What is the top speed. Also the former owner thought it had a 40 gallon fuel tank but I thought it was closer to 60. I also have to get an anchor...any suggestions?

Hi, I am looking to buy a 21 ft Chris Craft with a 200 hp Evinrude Ocean Pro outboard. Owner states the engine "hesitates" when trying to get on plane but once on plane runs well. Any thoughts on what the issue might be. Boat is not in the water so I am unable to give you a better description...
