    3 bank charger on 2 batteries

    I have a 3 bank charger only hooked up to 2 batteries and it only charged when you have it plugged in the wall.....Why doesnt it charge when the motor is running.......This guy really screwed me over..... How do I need to wire it if its not charging when its running?
