    coil replacement

    I have a sportjet 90hp that I need to replace the coils on, I have the new coils but the insturction say to lightly coat the core pegs with RTV sealant then re-assemble and tape the ground to the peg. Why does it say to use RTV on the pegs is my question. Seems light the old ones do not have it.
