    1999 8hp Evinrude starter motor "teeth" jammed against flywheel "

    Hi! The flywheel on my Evinrude won't budge. It appears that 2 of the "teeth" on the outside of the flywheel are jammed up against 2 of the teeth of the starter motor. I think this occurred when I tried to start the engine too quickly with the starter rope. The rope uncoiled and recoiled...
