when trying to start my boat it only clicks it is not the battery because i alredy put a new one in now i can not raise the prop either . so both the engine when trying to start and the prop just make a ticking noise please give me some advise
when trying to start my boat it only clicks i put a new battery in it and it still only clicks and also the prop will not raise up it only clicks too please help me!!!!!
