I have replaced the impeller in my 1962 Elgin Outboard and it is still not working. This is the 1st time I have worked on an outboard so I am not sure what I may have done wrong, so I have 2 questions.
1. Should the Impeller be tight when it drops into the hole? (Sorry for using tecnical words...
