1984 25 HP Evinrude is not hitting on lower cylinder. Compression tests good. Has good spark. I was told it could be flooding and when I pulled the plug it did have fuel on it. I rebuilt the fuel pump and it did not help. Anyone have any ideas?
Lower cylinder is not hitting but has 125 pounds of compression in both cylinders. Both plugs have good strong spark. Anyone have any ideas what would be causing the lower cylinder to not hit. I was told it maybe the fuel pump.
